Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are final and may include applicable taxes where relevant. Prices may change without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Razorpay

• PhonePe

• PayU

• Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations

COD orders may include an additional service fee. You are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details at checkout.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization (except COD).

You may request cancellation of non-personalized orders before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

No cancellations or refunds are permitted for personalized or made-to-order products.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment failure, inaccurate information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders through trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and others.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• 3–7 business days depending on pincode

• Up to 10 business days for certain remote or high-load areas

These timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, logistics issues, or regional restrictions. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Once an order is shipped, tracking details are provided. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions.

Eligible reasons include:

• Damaged product on arrival

• Wrong product received

• Manufacturing defects (if applicable)

Products must be returned within the specified return window and in unused condition with original packaging.

Personalized or custom-made items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method. COD refunds may require bank details.

Warranty

Some products may include a limited warranty, applicable only when explicitly mentioned on the product page.

Personalized Products

Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items are crafted specifically for the customer.

These items:

• Cannot be cancelled after the order is placed

• Cannot be returned or refunded

• Must be checked carefully for accuracy before ordering

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

COD is available for select products and locations.

Conditions:

• Additional COD fee may apply

• Customers must provide accurate address and contact details

• Refusal of a COD order after shipment may lead to account restrictions and future service limitations
