Shipping Policy
Introduction
This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Infill Prints within India. By placing an order on infillprints.in, you agree to the terms described here.
Shipping Coverage
We ship products only within India. Delivery availability depends on serviceability of your pincode by our logistics partners.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product, weight, and delivery location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional fee displayed during checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Processing time may vary during high-demand periods or due to stock or customization requirements.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated standard delivery timelines:
3–7 business days for most serviceable locations
Up to 10 business days for remote or high-load areas
Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. External factors such as weather, operational delays, or regional restrictions may affect delivery.
Express Shipping
Express or expedited shipping may be available subject to logistics partner availability.
Availability and charges will be shown at checkout (if applicable).
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched. You can monitor the shipment status through the courier’s tracking portal.
Delayed Deliveries
In case of delivery delays, we will assist with tracking and coordination with the logistics partner.
No compensation is provided for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.
Undelivered or Refused Orders
If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to origin (RTO).
RTO is done without extra charges, but repeated refusal or non-acceptance may lead to account-level restrictions for future orders.
Address Changes
Shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. Ensure the correct address and contact details are entered at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Customers must report any:
Damaged product
Wrong product received
within 7 days of delivery, along with valid photo or video proof.
Eligible cases will be processed for refund or replacement based on our Return & Refund Policy.
Return to Sender & Reattempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times at their discretion. If all attempts fail, the shipment will be returned to origin.
Reshipping may require confirmation before we dispatch again.
Limitations of Liability
Once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for:
Delays by courier partners
Delivery to an incorrect address entered by the customer
Package theft or tampering after delivery
