Returns and Refunds Policy


Introduction

This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request returns, replacements, or refunds for products purchased from infillprints.in. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under specific conditions. A product may be eligible for return if:

  • It is damaged upon arrival

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (if applicable)

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Reported within 7 days of delivery

  • In unused condition

  • Returned with original packaging and all included materials

  • Supported with valid photo/video proof


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Print-on-demand products

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Products damaged due to misuse or customer handling

Personalized or custom-made orders are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, as they are created specifically for the customer.


Return Process

  1. Customers must submit a return request via email or contact form along with:

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos showing the issue

    • Description of the problem

  2. Our team will verify eligibility.

  3. If approved, a pickup will be arranged through our logistics partner.

  4. After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed based on eligibility.

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the policy criteria.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method

  • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer (details required)

Refund timelines depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Returned items that fail inspection

  • Items returned without approval

  • Personalized products


Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, subject to availability.

A replacement may be issued for:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged item on delivery

  • Manufacturing defects

If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be processed.


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are allowed only before shipment for non-personalized products.

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • They have already been shipped

  • They are personalized or custom-made


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is covered by Infill Prints only for eligible cases such as damaged or incorrect items.

For invalid or rejected return requests, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.


Damaged Products

If the customer receives a damaged product, they must notify us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damage

  • Unboxing video (if available; strongly recommended)

Failure to provide proof may result in rejection of the claim.


Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is lost during transit, a replacement or refund will be provided after verification with the logistics partner.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days of expected delivery date.


Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Damage occurring after successful delivery

  • Customer mishandling of the product
